A story of second chances, purpose, and fighting for what is right.
"Dreams belong to everybody. Realization belongs to the people willing to suffer for them."
— Chadley Holland
In October 2015, Chadley Holland made a decision in defense of human life that changed his life forever. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with 4 suspended, and ultimately served 3 years on what was classified as a violent offense.
When he was released in 2019, he found himself sitting on his parents' balcony at a crossroads. In that moment, he made a decision: to dedicate the rest of his life to fighting wrong.
His father, David Benschoff, had given him decades of construction knowledge, field experience, and work ethic. Chadley took everything he knew and applied it toward mastering one of the most misunderstood industries in America — property insurance claims and forensic construction analysis.
Following deployment, he met the woman who would change his life — now his wife, Sofia. She asked him to stay in Florida. For the first time in years, he stopped long enough to evaluate what he had witnessed throughout the industry.
He watched policyholders suffer. He watched adjusters quit. He watched good people get steamrolled. He watched confusion, manipulation, and bad faith become normalized.
That was the moment PCI12 LLC was born.
He immersed himself in the Florida Building Code, forensic claim analysis, real-world construction methodology, carrier operations, and storm restoration systems until he understood how all the pieces connected.
To stand between the American people and anyone attempting to prevent them from being properly restored after a loss.
PCI12 was created to seek truth, expose bad faith, document reality, and fight for what is right — through facts, evidence, construction science, code compliance, and relentless investigation.
Whether you went to prison, failed school, lost your direction, hit rock bottom, or convinced yourself your life was over — it's not.
Second chances are real. But they are only valuable if you do something with them.
Dreams belong to everybody. Realization belongs to the people willing to suffer for them.
Chadley was trained by great people. He learned from the best. Then he Caught the Vision and Took It to the Next Level.
And he will never stop fighting for his fellow Americans because they never stopped fighting for him.
Respectfully,
